Shipping policy

TurtleModeFPV is an ***e-commerce only*** website with NO physical store locations. We currently only ship within the USA 

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated during checkout, rates will vary depending on your location. All applicable taxes, customs, duties & fees are collected upon checkout.

Shipping within the USA: TurtleModeFPV uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for most domestic shipments, however, we may use other carriers to deliver your order (typically for lipo battery shipments). 

International Shipping: TurtleModeFPV currently does NOT ship outside of the USA

Shipping Time & Delays: You should plan for at least 1 business day from the time your order is placed until it is shipped. While we do our best to get all in-stock orders that are placed before 2:00 pm (EST) shipped out on the same day, we cannot always guarantee such short processing time. Please also keep in mind that the number of days refers to "business" days, which is Monday through Friday, non-holidays.

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates and will depend on the carrier. TurtleModeFPV will not be held responsible for any delays caused by a mail carrier or local postal service.

Lost Packages

  • PLEASE BE PATIENT with our shipping carriers as they do sometimes miss deadlines, especially around the holidays.
  • Your packages are insured by our shipping providers.
  • If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim after it has been 20 days since shipping. This process will require your cooperation to ensure a refund happens promptly after 20 days. It is important to know: This IS a courtesy, and TurtleModeFPV cannot be held responsible for the USPS or any other logistics companies handling of your package. We will always do whatever it takes, however, to ensure you're compensated for any damages done but it is an unfortunate situation that unfortunately involves a bit of time to resolve properly.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delivery issues.
Separate Shipping Fees:
We understand that paying separate shipping fees for different items in a single order may seem inconvenient. However, there are important reasons behind this:

TurtleModeFPV - Fulfillment Network:
Our store operates through the TurtleModeFPV - Fulfillment Network, partnering with multiple suppliers to offer a wide range of products in one place. Some items are shipped directly from different suppliers' warehouses, resulting in separate shipping fees. This model saves you the hassle of visiting multiple stores to find all the items you need.

Cost Efficiency:
Despite separate shipping fees, our rates are often lower than other retailers because we negotiate favorable shipping deals and absorb a significant portion of the actual shipping costs.

**FREE SHIPPING** On Orders Over +$199

Free shipping offer applies to most orders totaling 199 USD or more.

  • Certain exceptions apply to heavy or bulky items, or shipping costs above 20 USD. (items that are excluded from free shipping are clearly marked as such at the bottom of each product page description) Customer is responsible for shipping costs in such situations. The lowest priced shipping option will be used.

Pre-Orders, Made-to-Order, Print-on-Demand, Backorder:
If you order one of these items, please understand that there may be a delay due to preparation:
  • Most clothing items, accessories, posters, jerseys, etc. are Print-on-Demand (unless specified as in stock).
  • Custom Made-to-Order 3D Prints
  • Custom Built Made-to-Order Drones by WREKD.
Separate Orders Recommended: We encourage you to place these types of items in separate orders if you have in-stock items you wish to ship quickly.

Where Is My Stuff?
We understand how eager you are to receive your order. However, there are a few situations that may cause delays:
  • Out of Stock Items.
  • Pre-Order or Backordered Items.
  • Made-to-Order Items.
  • High Risk of Fraud Detected.
  • Declined Payment.
If any of these issues arise, we will contact you via email. Please check your inbox for updates before reaching out.

Wrong Addresses: Shipments will be sent to the address entered on our web page during checkout. TurtleModeFPV cannot be held responsible if the incorrect shipping address is entered by the customer during checkout. We can only modify a wrong address if customer contacts us before the package is marked as shipped.

We cannot change shipping addresses after the order has been shipped, as the address information you enter is used as part of the fraud checks and fraud prevention. The shipping address you enter on our web page takes precedence over addresses listed in the order comments or entered in PayPal. If additional fees are required to re-ship packages due to address errors, those fees may be passed on to the customer. UPS can not ship to PO Boxes. Failure to enter a valid street address may delay your shipment. TurtleModeFPV reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders that have indicators showing there is some risk that a stolen credit card is possibly being used. Paying through PayPal with CONFIRMED address is recommended for new customers purchasing high value items to prevent possible order cancelations or delays.

No Freight Forwarding Addresses: We do not allow orders to be shipped to freight forwarding addresses. 

No Hotel Addresses: We do not allow orders to be shipped to hotels. Please provide a permanent street address. 

PO Boxes: Shipments to PO Boxes are reviewed on a case by case basis and may be declined.

Refunds: All orders that are declined by us due to any of these rules are voided with your method of payment and the order is canceled.
